Jr Counclor

Being a Jr Counclor here in Domaiguda is mostly about listening and taking a lot of notes. The office is at Hno 1-2-341/4 on Gaganmahal Road, which is a pretty easy place to find if you know this part of Hyd. We get people coming in with all sorts of things on their minds. It's not always easy to know exactly what to say, so I mostly just try to be there and keep the files organized. The desk is usually covered in papers and folders that need sorting. We don't have a huge staff or anything fancy. It’s just a couple of us trying to make sense of the daily schedule. Sometimes the phone rings too much and I can't get to everyone right away, but I try my best. Hyd is a loud city, but inside here it stays mostly calm for the sessions. We aren't doing anything flashy or trying to look like a big corporation. Just talking to people and trying to help out where we can. Most days I’m just filing things or checking the calendar for the next person coming in. The building is a bit older, but it works for what we do. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with expensive chairs. Just some simple seating and a table with some old magazines. It's a job that takes a lot of patience. Sometimes I get tired of the paperwork, but that's just how the job is.
