We are over at House 4-27 in Atchampet, Guntur. It is a quiet enough spot, and that is where we run Jllm Facilation Mgt. Most people around here just know us as the folks who handle the building stuff. We take care of things like cleaning, repairs, and making sure the facilities are actually working like they should. It is not a big corporate operation with hundreds of people. It is just a small crew of us. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites across Guntur, so the house is often empty during the day. We started this because there was a need for someone local to just get the work done without making a big fuss about it. The heat around here can make the work pretty tiring, especially in the summer months, but we just keep at it. Sometimes a pipe bursts or the electricity acts up at a property we look after, and we have to drop everything to go fix it. That is just how the days go for us. We do not have any fancy brochures or a big sign out front. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they saw our trucks around. We have lived in Andhra Pradesh our whole lives and we know how things work here. It is just basic maintenance and management for people who do not have the time to do it themselves. We keep our tools ready and wait for the next call.
