We operate out of a house in Vijaypuri Colony, specifically H.No 12-5-149/5 in South Lallaguda, Secunderabad. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical airline office. We’ve been here for a long time, and the neighbors all know us. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with staff issues or local logistics for the airline. When you think of flying, you think of big airports, but the real work often happens in small offices like this one. We have desks squeezed into rooms and stacks of folders everywhere. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. People come by to drop off documents or ask questions about their schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to coordinate with the airport teams. The house can get pretty warm in the Secunderabad sun, so we keep the windows open when we can. We aren't a corporate headquarters with glass walls. We are just a local team doing the ground work. Sometimes the internet is spotty, or the printer jams right when we need to print a manifest. We just deal with it and move on. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve seen the airline go through a lot of ups and downs, but this office in Vijaypuri Colony stays pretty much the same. We just keep showing up and doing the work because that's what's needed to keep the planes moving and the schedules on track.
