We are based in Flat-206 at Purushotham Apartments, which is in the New Bakaram area of Gandhinagar, Hyderabad. It’s an interesting setup because we’re working out of an apartment building rather than a standard office block. This gives our Jet Airways branch a bit of a different feel. It’s more personal and a lot less formal than what you might expect from a big name. The space is a bit tight with all the desks and files we have to keep, but it works for us. We spend our days handling queries and dealing with the logistics of the airline business from right here in 50020. The neighborhood is usually quite active, and we see the same people passing by every day. We aren't into big corporate speeches or polished presentations. We just focus on the tasks at hand, like fixing booking errors or answering the phone when it won't stop ringing. Sometimes the apartment stairs feel like a lot after a long day, but it’s home for the business. Our staff is a small group that knows how to handle the pressure when things get busy during holiday seasons. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain. Just a door, a desk, and some people working hard to keep everything moving. It’s a very grounded way to work in the aviation industry, and it keeps us humble.
