We are up on the fourth floor here in Secunderabad. It’s mostly just a few of us and some laptops. What we do is pretty straightforward—companies tell us they need someone who knows how to code or manage a server, and we try to find that person. The IT world in Andhra Pradesh is always moving, so we spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a job change. It’s not a fancy setup. We have some desks, a water cooler, and a lot of phone chargers. Recruitment is basically just a lot of talking. We call people up, ask them what they can actually do, and then see if it matches what the employers are asking for. Sometimes it works out quickly, and other times we have to look for weeks. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. If you come up to the fourth floor, you’ll just see us working. We get a lot of emails every day, and we try to get through them as fast as we can. It’s a bit noisy sometimes because everyone is on the phone at the same time. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, so we know which companies are hiring and what they usually look for. It’s just a regular office job where we help people find work in the tech sector. We just keep calling and checking until the spots are filled.
