Ista Hyderabad,An Ihhr Hospitality Five Star Property

So, this is us over at Ista Hyderabad, part of that IHHR Hospitality group. We’re located over in Kondapur, specifically at Sterling Whitefields, 501-B. It’s a five-star place, which sounds fancy, but we’re just the people behind the scenes making it work. We handle the guest stuff and the hospitality side of things. It can be a lot of pressure sometimes because people expect things to be just right, but we’re just a regular crew trying to get through the day. The building is in a good spot in Hyderabad. We spend a lot of time walking those halls and making sure the rooms look okay. It's a big property, so there’s always something breaking or needing a quick fix. We don't really have a big philosophy or anything. We just show up, put on the uniform, and help out the people staying here. Deepti Rawat's office is where a lot of the planning happens. It gets a bit noisy during the day with all the traffic in Kondapur, but we're used to it. We just want things to run smooth so we can go home at the end of the shift. It's honest work in a nice building. Sometimes we have long days, especially when there's a big event, but that's just part of the job. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a hospitality team in Hyderabad. We’ve been at this address for a while and like the neighborhood. We make sure the coffee is hot and the towels are clean.
