Iss Integrated Facility Services

We are tucked away in Bank Colony over in Zaheerabad. If you find the lane where Thy Buds School is, you’ll find our place at house number 14-8. This is the base for our facility services. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, but this is where we keep our supplies and do our scheduling. It’s a small office in a quiet part of the Medak district. We handle things like cleaning, maintenance, and keeping buildings running for other people. Most of our crew is from around here. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more like a regular house turned into a workspace. There are usually mops, buckets, and toolboxes sitting around in the corner. We start early in the morning, usually before the school next door gets busy with kids. It can get a bit dusty around here, so we are always tidying up. People call us when something breaks or when they need a place cleaned up properly. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just pick up the phone and go where we are needed. Sometimes the van has trouble starting, or we are short on supplies because the delivery didn't come, but we make it work. It’s just honest work for the people in this area. We’ve been in this lane for a while now.
