We are based at Hari Kiran in the Ferozguda area. The door number is 7-1-85, right here in Hyderabad. It’s a straightforward office in a part of the city that is more about work and less about showing off. We aren't some massive campus; we just have our space in this building where we get things done every day. The name Isb might make some people think of something huge, but our local team is pretty small and focused on what's in front of us. We spend our time on various tasks that keep the business running. The office has all the usual stuff like desks, some old chairs, and a lot of tea cups lying around by the end of the day. Ferozguda can be a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but once you’re inside the room, it’s alright for working. We don’t go in for big meetings that last forever. We usually just talk across the room if something needs doing urgently. It’s a very informal atmosphere among the staff. Some days are much busier than others, especially when we have a lot of data to get through or people to contact. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy stuff for us. We just write down what we do and keep track of our daily goals. It’s a practical way to spend the work week. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose.
