Infosys

The team here works out of Landmark Residency in Madinaguda. It is flat B-401. It is a regular apartment complex in Hyderabad, so it feels more like a home than a big tech office. We have turned a few of the rooms into workspaces with desks and extra power strips for the laptops. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we usually just cook something in the small kitchen or go out to the local market nearby. The building security knows us well by now. We spend most of our time on video calls or typing away on our keyboards. Sometimes the noise from the neighbors' kids can be heard during meetings, but everyone is used to it. It is not like the big Infosys campus you see on the news. This is just a small local branch or a project team working together. We have some plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive, though we often forget to water them. The internet can be temperamental during the monsoon season. We don't have any big corporate posters or motivational signs. It is just a group of people in a flat doing their work. We keep things pretty relaxed and try to stay on top of our tasks without making a big deal out of it.
