Indu Catering Services

We operate out of 218/A on Road No 12 in the MLA Colony area of Banjara Hills. It’s a nice part of Hyderabad, and we’ve been working from this kitchen for a good while. Catering is a tough business because there is always something to do, whether it’s chopping vegetables, cleaning large pots, or packing up the vans. We don’t have a fancy storefront because most of our work happens behind the scenes or at the venues where the food goes. The address in MLA Colony is where everything starts every morning. We get the deliveries in early and start the stoves. It’s not like those big corporate catering companies with uniforms and manuals. We’re just a local team that knows how to cook for a crowd. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking lists to make sure we didn't forget the salt or the serving spoons. The traffic on Road No 12 can be a nightmare sometimes, so we always have to plan our departures carefully to get the food where it needs to go on time. It’s a lot of physical labor and long hours on our feet. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Banjara Hills, just a reliable one that gets the job done. Every day is different depending on what people have ordered, but the hard work remains the same.
