Indian Airlines Ltd.

We are located right here in Secunderabad, on the first floor of building 55 in Suryanagar. Most people know the area because it is near Kaushalya Estate. If you are coming down through Karkhana, it is easy to spot the turning. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office is not very fancy, just a regular workplace where we handle the day-to-day things for Indian Airlines Ltd. It gets a bit busy around here during the mornings when everyone is heading to work. My desk is near the window, and I can see the street below. We mostly deal with paperwork and helping people who walk in with questions about their travel or tickets. It is a bit loud sometimes because of the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it after a week. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you are carrying bags. We don't really do the big fancy advertising stuff you see on TV. We just focus on getting the jobs done that land on our desks. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that is just part of living in Hyderabad. We keep a few fans going and just carry on. It’s a decent place to work and the neighbors in the building are friendly enough. We usually grab tea from the stall just down the road when we get a break.
