Indian Airlines Hyderabad

Our office is right across from Mega Cafe in Narayana Guda. It’s inside the YMCA building, which most people in Hyderabad already know about. We handle things for Indian Airlines from this spot. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the buses and scooters outside. We spend a lot of time at our desks dealing with schedules and paperwork. It isn't the most glamorous work, but it needs to get done. The office has been here for a good while. You might see us grabbing a quick tea nearby during breaks. There are plenty of files and computers around because that’s the nature of the job. People come in with all sorts of questions about their travel plans or tickets. We try to give them the right answers without making things too confusing. Sometimes the systems are slow, which can be frustrating for everyone. We just manage the daily tasks as they come. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We’ve got a small team here working through the shifts. The location is handy because of all the public transport nearby. Being near the YMCA means there is a lot of foot traffic. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished by the end of the day. It’s just a regular office day for us most of the time. We try to keep things moving as fast as the paperwork allows so everyone stays on track.
