We are located at a place that's care of Mirwajid Ali. It’s near the Pattigadda Railway Station in Secunderabad, in the area marked as Secunderabad - 3. This is an Indian Air Lines Ltd spot, but it’s more of a local branch setup. Being near the railway station means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about, which is just the way Secunderabad is. We spend our days here handling whatever the airline needs us to do on the ground. It’s not a shiny new office; it feels like a place that has seen a lot of people come and go. We talk to folks who are planning their travels and try to find answers for them. The connection to Mirwajid Ali is part of how we are known in the neighborhood. If you ask around near Pattigadda station, someone will usually point you our way. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just the things we need to work. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, and the fans are always humming, but it’s where we get the work done. Secunderabad has a different feel than Hyderabad, and we are right in the thick of it. We just show up every day, open the doors, and deal with the flights and the passengers until it’s time to go home. It's just a regular office life near the tracks, nothing fancy.
