Indi Joe Global Cuisine Restaurant

We've been here on the 5th floor of City Center in Banjara Hills for a while now. If you know where Taj Krishna is, we are right across from that on Road No 1. It’s a busy spot but we like it up here. Indi Joe Global Cuisine Restaurant started because we wanted to have a place where you could get a bit of everything without it being too fancy or complicated. We serve a lot of different kinds of food from all over, which is why we call it global cuisine. Sometimes the kitchen gets really loud when things are moving fast, but that’s just how it goes. People come in for lunch or dinner, mostly folks working nearby or families out shopping. We don't have a big fancy entrance, you just take the lift up. The views are okay, nothing crazy, but it's nice to see the street from above. We try to keep things tidy and make sure the food comes out hot. Sometimes we run out of a certain ingredient if the market was short that morning, but we usually figure something else out. It’s just a normal restaurant run by people who like to cook. We don't do anything too wild, just decent meals in a part of town that everyone knows. If you’re ever around Banjara Hills and don't want to deal with the crowds on the ground floor, come up and see us. We’re usually around from morning till late.
