In Gcc Gulf Catering Company is located over at Plot No. 105 in the Jai Jawan Colony. We are out in the Kapra area near E.C.I.L in Hyderabad, and it’s a pretty active spot for a food business. Most of our mornings start very early, way before the sun is really up, because that’s when the cooking has to happen if we want everything to be ready on time. The kitchen gets hot and it’s always loud with the sound of knives hitting boards or big pots bubbling on the stoves. We handle a lot of food here, mostly for people who need large meals sent out. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we can get the work done. The area around Jai Jawan Colony is mostly residential, so we try to keep things moving without causing too much of a mess on the road. We have a small team of people who really know their way around a kitchen. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork unless we have to. Most of the day is spent checking the supplies that come in and making sure the flavors are right before the food goes out the door. It’s hard work and your back usually hurts by the end of the shift, but that’s the catering life. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad, 500026, for a bit now and we just keep at it every day.
