We are situated at 23-6-121 Hari Bowli, which falls under the Shah-Ali-Bunda post office area in Hyderabad. The pin code is 500265. Being in this part of the city means we are surrounded by a lot of history and very narrow streets. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a big corporate hub, and that suits us just fine. Il & Fs operates out of this building, which sits right in the thick of the local bustle. If you’ve ever been to Hari Bowli, you know that the traffic can be a nightmare and the noise from the street is almost constant. We’ve gotten used to the sounds of the market and the people passing by. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s a solid building that does the job. Inside, the rooms are a bit high-ceilinged and keep relatively cool, which is a relief in the Hyderabad heat. We don't have a reception desk with a bowl of mints or a fancy logo on every wall. It’s just desks, some old filing cabinets, and us working through the day. Sometimes the mail takes a bit longer to reach Shah-Ali-Bunda, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent handling the logistics and the admin side of things. It’s a very grounded way to work, being right in the heart of an old neighborhood in Andhra Pradesh. We just stay busy with our daily tasks and handle things as they come.
