Icici Lombard Health Insurance

Our place is in Afzalgunj, right there at 15-5-353 Osman Shahi. It is a busy part of Hyderabad. There are people everywhere and the noise from the market is constant. We work here for Icici Lombard Health Insurance. Most of what we do is look at claims and forms. People come in with their papers, sometimes they are worried, so we try to just get the facts down. It is a lot of data entry. The desks are a bit crowded. We have got files stacked up because there is always something to do. We do not have fancy decorations. Just some calendars and the stuff we need to work. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It is a very local feel here. We know the shopkeepers downstairs. We get our lunch from the nearby places most days. It is hard work, dealing with health stuff, because it matters to people. But we just treat it like a job. We follow the steps. We make sure the address is right on the envelopes. It is just us doing our bit in this corner of the city. Not much else to say. It is just a regular office life in Osman Shahi. There is a tea shop just around the corner that makes really good ginger tea. We go there when it is cold or when we have had a long meeting. The office gets quite dusty because of all the traffic on the road.
