Hyderabad Catering Company

We are based out of Amin Villa, which is at Door Number 11-6-825 in the Red Hills area of Hyderabad. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Government Boys Primary School. Being tucked away like this means it’s a bit quieter than the main road, but our kitchen is anything but quiet. Since we do catering, we are usually dealing with massive pots and crates of supplies being moved in and out. There’s always a lot of chopping, stirring, and packing going on at all hours of the day and night. We have a team of cooks and helpers who have been with us for a long time, so we all know the routine pretty well by now. We handle food for all sorts of events, from small family gatherings to bigger functions around the city. It’s a lot of logistics, trying to make sure everything is packed securely so it doesn't spill in the van while we’re driving through Hyderabad traffic. The villa itself is an older building, and we’ve adapted the space to fit all our industrial stoves and cooling racks. It’s not a place where people come to sit and eat, it’s more of a workspace where all the magic happens before the food goes out the door. We stay pretty busy throughout the year, especially during the wedding seasons. It’s hard work, and we all end the day pretty tired, but it feels good.
