Hyderabad Caterers

Started in Vijayapuricolony. We cook a lot of food. The kitchen is at 2-98. We handle local events. We have big pots. Some days are long. We make biryani and other things. Our staff is local. We don't have a big fancy website. People just call us or come by the colony. We've seen kids grow up and now we cater their weddings. It's a lot of salt, spice, and heat in the kitchen. We focus on the taste. If the rice is soft and the meat is tender, we did our job. Sometimes the delivery van gets stuck in traffic because Hyderabad is like that now. We just try to get there on time. It's hard work but we like it. We have some regulars who have been with us for years. We don't spend money on ads. The word gets around. Vijayapuricolony is a good place to be. We are just a group of people who know how to cook for a crowd. No fancy uniforms, just aprons and hard work. We keep the kitchen clean and the fire going. That’s about it for us. We are just here at 2-98. Hyderabad Caterers has been part of this street for a long time. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we buy our onions and rice every morning.
