The name on the door is just Hr, and we work out of H.No:63/2Rt in Vijayanagar Colony. This is over in Hyderabad, a place we’ve called home for a long time. Our setup is pretty basic. We have some desks, some old files, and a few computers that have seen better days. We handle human resources tasks, mostly helping people find work or managing staff details for other businesses. Vijayanagar Colony is a good neighborhood, fairly central but still has that local feel. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. It’s just a house that we converted into a workspace. People come by with their resumes and we sit and talk. It’s not corporate at all. We like to keep it real. If someone needs a job, we see what we can do. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is our second office when we need a break. We’ve seen many people come and go through these doors. Some stay for years, others just for a day. It’s all part of the job. We don't use big fancy words. We just try to help folks get sorted. It’s been our life for years and we don’t plan on changing much soon. It’s simple work, but it’s what we do.
