House Keeping Supervisor

I am the House Keeping Supervisor here in Kothagudem. My address is Qno: B2 274 in the Nagaiah Gadda area of Ramavaram. This is part of the Khammam District, which is known for its coal mines and very hot weather. Working as a supervisor means I am always on the move, checking on different sites and making sure the cleaning is done right. Our quarters are standard for this area, nothing fancy but they provide a roof over our heads. Life in Ramavaram is very much tied to the local industries. Everything is a bit dusty because of the mines, so keeping things clean is a constant battle. I spend a lot of time talking to the staff and organizing the schedules. We don't have a big corporate office; most of the planning happens right at my kitchen table or on the job site. The people who live around Nagaiah Gadda are hard workers and we all know each other. It is a small community where news travels fast. My job is straightforward: I make sure the work gets done and the people are paid. There are no fancy mission statements here. We just show up every morning, do the cleaning, and go home when the shift is over. It is physically demanding work, especially when the temperature goes above forty degrees, but we are used to it by now. We just keep going day after day, trying to stay ahead of the dust.
