We are located at 21-119 in Bank Colony, Venkatapuram. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but we’ve been in this part of Secunderabad for a long time. Our office is part of the P.B. Mallesh building area. It’s a busy spot where we handle both hotel matters and travel bookings. It’s not a five-star lobby with marble floors; it’s a working office where things actually get done. We have maps on the walls and plenty of ledgers to keep track of everything. The traffic in Secunderabad can be pretty wild, so we usually get in early to beat the worst of it. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just tell people where they can go and how to get there, or we manage the rooms we have. Some days are busier than others, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to travel at once. We’ve got a small team and we all know each other’s business. It’s a very local operation and we like the people who come in to see us. We usually have a pot of coffee going and there’s always someone around to answer a question. It’s just how we run things here in Bank Colony. We are just regular people helping other people with their travel plans and hotel stays as best as we can every day.
