Hotel Minerva Grand

We are located over at Plot No:G2 in Surya Residency, right by the IDPL Colony in Chintal. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet enough for people staying over for the night. We have been operating out of this building for some time now. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, with more shops and small businesses popping up nearby. We aren't doing anything flashy or modern here. It’s just a hotel where you can get a room and rest. Most people come here because they have business near the colony or are visiting relatives in Surya Nagar. We keep the keys at the front desk and someone is always there, even late at night. The rooms are basic, but we make sure the linens are fresh and the floors are swept. Sometimes the plumbing acts up in one of the older rooms, but we try to fix it pretty quick. It's just how older buildings are. We don't have a big fancy restaurant, but there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk down the road. It’s easy to get a rickshaw from the corner if you need to go further out. We just try to be helpful when guests ask where the market is or how to get to the station. It’s a simple business. We like the regulars who come back every few months to see us again.
