Hi Ling Touch Restaurant & Bar

You can find Hi Ling Touch up on the second floor of C Block in Ahuja Estates, which is part of the Abids area in Hyderabad. We are situated in a pretty old part of the city, close to Palace Heights. To get to us, people usually take the stairs or the lift in the Ahuja Estates building. The bar and restaurant area has been set up to handle the evening crowds that come through after work. Abids is a very busy commercial zone, so there is always a lot of movement on the streets below our windows. We start our day in the late afternoon, getting the bottles arranged and the kitchen prepped for the night. It is a bit of a maze in this building, but once you find C Block, we are right there. The staff spends a lot of time making sure the atmosphere is okay for people to sit and have a drink. We aren't trying to be some high-class lounge; it’s just a place where you can come and relax. Managing the inventory is a big part of the job, checking the crates and making sure we have enough stock for the weekend. The building itself has a lot of history, and you can feel that when you walk through the corridors. We just keep our heads down and focus on serving the customers who have been coming to us for years. It is a steady business and we just keep it going nightly, making sure the orders are right and the place stays clean.
