Guest Relation Executives

We are over in Secunderabad, at the 2-In-1 Married Accommodation, Quarter No. 175/17, near Mceme. This is in Andhra Pradesh, postcode 500015. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are located within the accommodation quarters. Our work involves guest relations, which mostly means we talk to people and try to help them out with whatever they need while they are staying here. The area is quite quiet compared to the main city parts, which is nice for a change. We don't have a big fancy office with a sign out front. It’s just a room where we keep our logs and take our calls. Most of our day is spent walking around and checking in on things. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we know most of the people who live and stay around here. It’s a very practical job. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just listen to what people say and try to fix their problems. Sometimes it’s about a leaky tap, other times it’s just helping someone find their way around the neighborhood. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working together. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the day goes smoothly for everyone in the quarters. It’s a simple life and a simple job here in Secunderabad. We drink a lot of coffee while we wait for the phones to ring or for someone to stop by.
