Gsa (Guest Service Assosistent

We are set up over at Plot Number 22 in the J.J.H. Colony, which is right off S.D. Road in Secunderabad. It is a busy area to be in, but the colony itself stays a bit more relaxed than the main road. My name is Sripati Reddy and I handle the Gsa (Guest Service Assosistent duties here. Most of my day is spent at the desk, taking care of whatever comes up. It could be answering the phone, dealing with some paperwork, or helping out anyone who stops by the office. The space is pretty basic, just a desk, a few chairs, and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan stays on pretty much all the time. Being near S.D. Road means there is always a way to get what you need, whether it’s some stationery or a quick bite to eat. I’ve been at this for a while now, and I’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the neighborhood. You see the same people walking their dogs or heading to work every morning. It isn't a fancy setup with a lot of staff, mostly just me keeping things running as smoothly as I can. Sometimes the paperwork piles up a bit high, but I get through it eventually. It’s a practical job in a practical part of town, and that’s just how we keep things around here in Secunderabad.
