Grills N Chills Bar & Restaurant

Our spot is Grills N Chills Bar & Restaurant, located at Door No 3-2-848/1. We are right on the Kachiguda Railway Station Road in Hyderabad. If you’ve been to Kachiguda, you know the sound of the trains and the constant whistling. It’s a very busy part of town. People are always carrying bags and rushing to catch their ride. We are right there in the middle of it all. We serve food and we have the bar side of things too. It’s a place where people can sit for a bit and escape the noise of the station road. We’ve been here for a while and the building is just a normal Hyderabad structure. Nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we just try to keep things comfortable. The kitchen stays hot, especially with the Hyderabad heat outside, so we have to keep the fans going. We see a lot of commuters and people who live in the local Kachiguda area. It’s a mix of everyone really. Some people stay for a long time and others just want to get a quick drink and leave. We just run the place the way we know how. There’s no big secret to it, just showing up and doing the work every single day. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and the bar counter because of all the dust from the road outside. It is just part of the daily grind here.
