Gopi Residency

The building is located right on Nampally Station Road, which as anyone knows, is a very crowded part of Hyderabad. We are sitting right beside Surya Hospital, so we get a lot of people staying with us who have family members there. It’s a basic place with rooms for travelers who just need a spot to put their bags and sleep. Being so close to the station means there is always noise from the trains and the rickshaws outside, even late at night. We have a small staff who handles the cleaning and the front desk. The lobby isn't very big and the paint is peeling a bit in the corners, but we try to keep things tidy. We have been here for a good number of years now. Sometimes the lift acts up, but we get the mechanic out pretty fast to look at it. We don't have a big fancy restaurant inside or anything, just the rooms and a bit of space. Most of our guests are just passing through or are here for work. We see all kinds of people every day. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the laundry and the check-outs, but we are used to the rhythm of it. The street food outside is pretty good if you are hungry. We just keep things running as best as we can every day.
