Golkonda Resort &Spa

We have been running things here at Golkonda Resort and Spa in Hyderabad for quite some time. It is a big property and there is always something that needs fixing or a lawn that needs mowing. Most mornings start early with the grounds crew getting the pool area ready and checking on the gardens. We aren't fancy people, just a group of staff trying to keep the place tidy for whoever shows up. The city of Hyderabad can get really hot and loud, so we try to keep our corner of it a bit more relaxed. The lobby usually has some faint music playing, and you can hear the kitchen staff clattering around with pots and pans around lunchtime. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the laundry and making sure the spa rooms are set up right. Sometimes the Wi-Fi acts up or a pipe leaks, and we just have to get it sorted as fast as we can. It’s a lot of walking back and forth across the grounds. We see families, business folks, and people just looking to hide from the sun for a few hours. We don’t have a big marketing department writing things for us. It’s just us, the people you see when you walk in. We know the local roads and the best times to avoid the traffic outside. Most of us have worked here for years and we just know how the place breathes. It’s hard work but it’s what we do every single day.
