Golden Root Kitchen Llp

We are over at Flat No 401 in the Manhar Apartments in Gandhi Nagar. It is not your typical commercial kitchen setup since we are based in an apartment building. It makes things a bit more personal, though. We started Golden Root Kitchen because we just liked the idea of making food from a home-like spot. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but that is part of the job. We have to be careful about not making too much noise for the neighbors. It is a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of orders, but we manage. We do everything ourselves, from the prep to the cleaning up. Gandhi Nagar is a nice area, and being in an apartment means we know the delivery guys pretty well by now. We don't have a big fancy website or a sales team. We just cook what needs to be cooked. Sometimes we forget to buy enough salt or oil and someone has to run down the stairs quickly. It is a bit unorganized at times, but the food is honest. We just want to keep doing this for as long as we can. It is our little space and we take pride in it. We don't need a massive warehouse to do what we do. Just some good ingredients and enough time to get the recipes right. That is how we spend our days.
