Our office is in the Indus Inn Apartment, right on the first floor, Room 103-1. We are in Kondapur, which is a part of Hyderabad that has changed so much lately. There is construction everywhere you look. We are one of the groups doing that kind of work. We spend our days looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It is a lot of dust and noise. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some desks, a water cooler, and a lot of samples of tiles and bricks lying around. It is not a place for show. We usually have muddy boots near the door because we are always coming back from some site or another. We deal with land, building plans, and a lot of government paperwork. It can be a slow process sometimes. We sit here and drink our tea while we wait for approvals. We don't really have a big sales team. Usually, it is just us answering the phone and telling people how the progress is going. Kondapur is a good spot for us because we are close to where the action is. We have seen this area turn from empty fields into big buildings. It is hard work and it takes a long time. We just keep doing what we do, building one thing at a time and trying to stay on schedule.
