Down in Sanathnagar, we are located at H.No. 10-4-130 in Fatenagar. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s where we do our thing. People think about airplanes and big airports when they hear the name, but this office is more about the ground work. It’s an old house converted into a workspace. You can tell it was a home once by the way the rooms are shaped. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. Hyderabad weather is usually dry, so the dust gets in through the windows if we leave them open. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small shops. You can hear the sounds of the local market nearby if it’s a Tuesday. We don't have a big fancy canteen, so we usually bring lunch from home and eat together in the small back room. It’s quiet here mostly, unless there’s a delivery arriving. The street outside is narrow and parking a car is a nightmare, so most of us come on bikes. It’s a practical spot for us to keep things running without the chaos of the actual terminal. We don’t have glossy posters on the walls, just calendars and some charts to keep track of stuff. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation here. We finish up in the evenings and lock the gate, ready to do it again tomorrow.
