We work out of Ashraf Manzil, which is house number 11-2-463 in the Habeeb Nagar area of Nampally. This is right in the heart of Hyderabad, 500 001. This place is not like those big, shiny glass towers you see in the newer parts of the city. It is a real, lived-in building where we handle the daily paperwork and logistics for Go Airlines (I) Pvt Ltd. Being in Nampally means it is almost always crowded outside. Getting to the office through the morning traffic can be a real struggle sometimes. Inside, we have our desks, some old computers, and stacks of files that need sorting. We deal with a lot of boring administrative stuff every single day. The street noise comes right through the windows, but we have mostly stopped noticing it. We usually grab our tea from the small stalls nearby during our breaks. We have been at this address for a long time now. People think working for an airline is all about travel and excitement, but for us in this office, it is mostly answering emails and fixing schedule errors. We try to stay organized, even when the power goes out or things get hectic. There is no fancy lobby here to impress anyone. It is just a door and a group of people working. We know the local shopkeepers and the neighbors well. It is a very grounded way to spend the workday and keep things moving.
