Gmr

We operate out of Swapna Madhavi Arcade, which is a building in B.N Reddy Nagar. It’s located in the Vanasthalipuram area of Hyderabad. Our specific spot is Flat 4-C. It’s more of a homey office than a big corporate headquarters. Gmr is a big name, but our little corner here is quite grounded. We handle various tasks related to the company's projects from this apartment-style office. It’s a bit different than working in a high-rise. We can hear the sounds of the street and the neighbors throughout the day. The kitchen is always busy because someone is always making tea or coffee. We have a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no such thing as "not my job" in this office. Sometimes we have to move files around to make room for a new desk. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The location in Vanasthalipuram is convenient for those of us who live on this side of the city. We don’t have to deal with the main city traffic as much. We just focus on getting our work finished and keeping things organized. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't use a lot of big words or have long meetings. We just talk to each other and get the tasks done. It’s a practical setup that has served us well for a long time.
