The area of Satranjipura is quite old and has a lot of character. Old Bhandara Road is always bustling with local trade and people moving about. Our space is modest and doesn't look like an airport office at all. It is more of a functional room where we manage records and deal with specific paperwork. Shri Motiram Kalamkar’s place has been a steady point for us. We don't have many visitors, so it is usually just a few of us sorting through files or making phone calls back to Hyderabad. The building itself is older, and you can feel the history of the neighborhood when you walk down the street. It is a long way from the actual runways and planes, but the work we do here is still part of the bigger picture. We keep things simple and don't spend money on fancy renovations. We just need a desk and a phone to get through the day's tasks. It is quiet work in a very busy, traditional part of Nagpur where everyone knows their neighbors. We just focus on the paperwork.
