Global Air Travel

Archana and I have been running Global Air Travel from our spot in Old Malakpet for a good while now. The house number is 16-9-601, and if you’re familiar with this part of Hyderabad, you know it’s a bit different from the new hi-tech areas. Things move a little slower here, which I personally like. We don’t have a big neon sign out front or anything. It’s more of a neighborhood place where people stop by to ask about ticket prices or how to get a visa for their kids moving abroad. My desk is usually covered in notebooks and printouts because I still like to write things down. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking for flights that aren't too expensive. People around here trust us because they can just walk over and talk to us face-to-face. We don't do things over fancy apps or automated chats. If there’s a problem with a flight, we’re the ones who have to sit on the phone with the airlines to fix it. It can be stressful when a flight gets canceled, but we just do what we can. The office is small and usually smells like the tea we get from the shop down the street. It’s just a small family-style business helping people get where they need to go without making it a big complicated mess. We’ve been here long enough to know everyone.
