Genpact

We’ve been here in Hyderabad for quite a while now. Our office is tucked away over at Masab Tank Lane. If you are looking for us, we are in the Narasimhakripa Apartments, specifically Door No.10-5-22/A1, B&C, in Flat No. 205. It is right across from the Police Officers Mess, which is a big help when you are trying to give directions to someone who isn't from this part of town. We deal with a whole lot of data and various business tasks every single day. It stays pretty busy in here from morning until the evening. The office is just a regular flat that we’ve set up for our work. There are always people coming and going, so it can get a little bit noisy at times. The traffic outside on the main road doesn't really stop, but you get used to the sound after a week or two. We just focus on our work and try to keep everything moving. Sometimes the elevator in this building is a bit slow, so a few of us just take the stairs to the second floor instead. We’ve been at this specific address for a good bit of time. People around here just know us as Genpact. We handle back-end things for other companies. It involves a lot of computer screens and phone calls. We started out with just a few desks, but now we take up more space in the building. We like being near the mess because there is always some activity happening. It isn't a fancy glass tower, just a normal place where we get our work done. We drink a lot of chai and just try to get through the day.
