Genpact

Our office is located over at 6-3-597/D in Anand Nagar, Hyderabad. It is right in the middle of a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. Most people have heard the name Genpact before, but this specific office is where we handle a lot of the day-to-day operations. It is a lot of sitting at desks and working through tasks on the computer, which can be tiring, but it is steady work. The building is okay, nothing too special to look at, but it has everything we need to get through the day. We have people coming in at all hours because of how the shifts work, so the place never really feels empty. The air conditioning is usually blasting because of how hot it gets in Hyderabad, which is a relief when you first walk in from the street. There is a lot of coffee and tea being drunk around here to keep everyone awake and moving. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the lists of things that need to be done. Some of the team has been here for years, and we have our own way of doing things that works for us. It’s a busy life, and Anand Nagar is a fast-paced place to be, but we are used to the rhythm of it by now. We just show up and do the work.
