Genpact

We are set up in Hyderabad over at Owaisi Colony on Mdlines Road in Tolichowki. The address is 9-4-87/76. It’s a busy part of the city, and the road outside always has something going on. Our office isn't anything too flashy; it’s just a solid place where we get our work done. The colony itself is quite packed with houses and other small offices, so there’s a real neighborhood feel to it. Inside the building, we have our rows of desks and all the usual office gear like printers and stacks of paper that never seem to go away. It’s not the kind of place with a bean bag chair or a ping pong table. We just have our workstations and a small area to sit during breaks. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Tolichowki traffic, but once we are inside, it’s just about getting through the tasks for the day. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we mostly bring lunch from home or find something at the local stalls nearby. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets quite hot here, and the hum of it becomes background noise after a while. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations. We just come in, sit down at our computers, and do the work that’s assigned to us. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of environment for everyone here.
