Genpact

Our location is over in Village Nityanandapur, right near the post office in Nayasarai. It’s within the Hooghly district of West Bengal, specifically in the 712513 pin code area. This isn't exactly a place where you'd expect to find a lot of big business talk, but we make it work just fine from here. The village atmosphere is quiet, which is nice for getting things done without too many distractions. Most of the people around here are locals who have lived in Hooghly for their whole lives. We have our small space set up to handle whatever comes our way during the work week. Getting to Nayasarai takes a bit of time if you're coming from the bigger towns, but it’s a nice drive. We spend our time managing the day-to-day things that keep Genpact going. It’s a very grounded way to operate, without all the bells and whistles of a city office. The weather can be quite humid being in this part of Bengal, but we are used to that by now. Sometimes the mail takes an extra day to arrive at the post office, but we don't mind too much. We focus on our tasks and try to be helpful to the folks who reach out to us. It is a simple life here in the village, and our work fits right into that rhythm without causing any fuss or extra noise. It feels right to be doing this in our home district.
