You can find us at 1 1 508/1/B in Bakaram. We go by Sri Yeshashwini Foods. This place is usually filled with the smell of whatever we are cooking or packing that day. We handle food products, so cleanliness is what we spend most of our time on. It’s a small operation. We don't have those massive conveyor belts you see on TV. It’s more about people sitting around tables, sorting things and getting them ready for the local shops. Bakaram is a busy area, and our space is a bit cramped, but we make it work. Sometimes we are roasting grains, other times we are packing snacks. There is always a lot of noise from the sealing machines. It’s a lot of manual work. We have a few delivery boys who take the stuff out on their scooters. We don't have a big corporate office. Just a small corner with a desk and a phone that rings too much. People from the neighborhood sometimes stop by to buy things directly because it’s fresher. We don't mind. It’s nice to talk to the people who actually eat what we make. It’s not a glamorous business, but food is something everyone needs. We just try to get the packets filled and sent out before the day ends. We aren't a giant company, just some folks who know how to package food well and get it out to the market.
