Front Office Duty Manager

This is our little spot in Bhimavaram, specifically over at Asr Nagar. The address is 27-17-42/1 if you are trying to find us. We operate under the name Front Office Duty Manager, which pretty much tells you what we do every day. We are the ones you see when you first walk in. It is a local operation, and we deal with the daily tasks of keeping the front desk running. Bhimavaram is a busy place in its own way, especially this part of the West Godavari District. We get people coming in for all sorts of reasons. Some are just passing through, and others are locals we see all the time. Our office isn't anything you would see in a magazine; it is just a functional space with a desk, some ledgers, and a phone that rings more than it probably should. We do not have a lot of fancy rules or corporate talk. We just try to be useful and solve whatever problems come up during our shift. Sometimes the weather is very hot, so we just keep the fans going and stay busy with the paperwork. It is a lot of managing schedules and talking to people who need help with their stay or their travel plans. We just take things one day at a time here and make sure the records are kept straight.
