We are based at Omq 22-B on Bolton Road, which is part of the old race course area in Secunderabad. It’s an interesting building, a bit older than the modern ones you see popping up. We have classrooms set up inside where we do the training for people wanting to work in the airlines. There is a lot of talking and practicing how to handle different situations. The students come in every morning and the place gets quite lively with all the energy. We have some desks and a few areas where we practice the service parts of the job. It’s a serious place but we try to keep it friendly. Bolton Road isn't as loud as some of the main city streets, which helps when we are trying to teach. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and many people in the neighborhood know the building. The office part is just a small room near the entrance where we keep the records and talk to new students. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, so we make sure the fans are always going. It’s a lot of routine work, checking schedules and making sure the equipment is ready for the next class. We aren't a big corporate headquarters, just a local branch doing our thing every day. We also have a small break area where the students sit and chat between their sessions. It keeps the place feeling like a community rather than just a school.
