Food Production(Novotel Airport Hotel,Hyderabad).

We are located over at 208 Anandapur R.R. Plot No. 490. Our post office is Ektp and the police station is Tiljala, right here in Kolkata 700107. This is the spot where we handle food production, specifically for the Novotel Airport Hotel in Hyderabad. It might seem a bit odd to have the production so far away, but it is how we have things set up. The area in Anandapur is quite active and we are right in the middle of it. The facility itself is focused on the work—lots of stainless steel, prep tables, and people moving around in hairnets. It is not a place for visitors or fancy meetings. We are here to get the food prepped and ready. The humidity in Kolkata can be a lot sometimes, but we have our systems to keep things cool and moving. It is a high-pressure environment when we have big orders to fill, but we have a solid crew who knows what they are doing. We do not use any big marketing words to describe what we do. We just cook and prepare stuff according to the requirements. The Plot No. 490 is our main hub. It is a gritty, hardworking part of town and that suits the kind of work we do every single day. We spend long hours here making sure every batch is right before it goes out. It is just honest work that we take pride in.
