Food Factory Express

Our kitchen is set up in Vijayapuri Colony Phase-II, over in Vanasthalipuram. It’s a nice residential area, and we’ve been at this spot on Plot 67 for a while now. Most mornings start pretty early for us because there is always a lot of prep work to get through before the first orders start coming in. It can get pretty loud with all the cooking and people moving around, but we enjoy the noise. We aren't some big fancy restaurant chain with millions of followers. We are just a small team trying to make decent food for people who need a quick meal. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and someone has to run down to the market to grab more. It’s a bit chaotic but in a good way. The neighbors are used to the smell of spices wafting out of our windows by now. We try to keep the menu simple so we don't get overwhelmed. Sometimes the delivery bikes get blocked by the cars on the street, but we manage. We just want to make sure the food gets where it needs to go while it's still warm. It’s hard work and the kitchen gets really hot in the summer, but we like what we do. No big secrets here, just a lot of cooking and cleaning and starting over again the next morning. It's a living and it keeps the neighborhood fed, which is good enough for us.
