Our office is located here in Hyderabad, and we’ve been helping people with their travel plans for a while now. The address listed is a bit repetitive, just saying Hyderabad-2, India, but that’s where you’ll find us. We spend most of our hours looking at screens and trying to find the right routes for people. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking numbers because mistakes with tickets are a real pain to fix later. Sometimes the internet is slow or the systems go down, and we just have to sit there and wait it out with a cup of tea. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s useful. People come to us when they are confused by all the options online or just want a real person to talk to. We don't have any fancy brochures or a high-end office. It’s just a couple of desks and some chairs for when folks come by to chat about their trips. We know the city well and we know how stressful traveling can be, so we try to be as practical as possible. We don't make big promises; we just look up the prices and tell you what’s available. It’s a quiet way to earn a living in this big city. Most of our day is just typing and talking on the phone, making sure everyone gets where they need to go without any big problems.
