We are over at Qtr.No.19D in Gopal Colony, which is part of the Sikh Village area in Secunderabad. It’s a bit of a different setup because we operate out of a quarter rather than a big school building. This makes the whole Explorer Travel School feel more like a home than a classroom. We have a few rooms set up with chairs and some old travel posters on the walls. It’s where we sit down with students and talk about how the travel industry actually works. It isn't all about fancy holidays; there is a lot of boring stuff like codes and regulations that they need to learn. We've been here for a while and the people in Gopal Colony are used to seeing students coming and going at all hours. The space is a bit tight when we have a full class, but we make it work. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people find out about us just by asking around or seeing our small board near the gate. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is good for teaching, though it gets a bit noisy when the local kids are playing outside in the evenings. We just try to pass on what we know about the business in a way that makes sense to people. It’s a simple life here and we enjoy seeing our students go off to find jobs.
