Eta Travel Agency Pvt Ltd, Gsa: Malaysia Airlines

Our office for Eta Travel Agency Pvt Ltd is inside Satya Residency. It’s a residential-looking building in New Nallakunta, which makes it feel a bit more quiet than the main roads. We are the GSA for Malaysia Airlines, so we handle a lot of ticket stuff and questions about flights. The room we’re in, 1B, is filled with old calendars and maps. We have a few computers that are always humming. People come in looking for help with their travel, and we sit down with them to figure out the dates. It’s not a massive operation. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to fill the silence. New Nallakunta is a nice enough area, with plenty of shops nearby if we need to run out for pens or snacks. The building itself is 2-2-1131, and sometimes people walk past it because it looks like just another apartment block. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the airline or talking to folks about their luggage. It’s steady work. We don't have any fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us at our desks. Sometimes the printer jams and we have to spend ten minutes fixing it, which is always annoying. But we’ve been here a while and know how everything works. It’s a practical space for a practical job, and we like it that way. We just keep things moving along for everyone.
