Empire Tours And Travels is based in Hyderabad-64. To be honest, the office can get a bit hectic with all the phones ringing and people asking about bus schedules or train tickets. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking dates on a screen. Being in India, there are always people wanting to go somewhere, whether it is for a wedding or just a trip back to their village. We handle a lot of the boring stuff like bookings and making sure the names are spelled right on the forms. The Hyderabad-64 area is where we do all our work from. It is a small space, mostly just desks and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their itineraries to print. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to come back in an hour, which is frustrating for everyone. We have stacks of brochures that have been sitting there for months, but mostly people just want to know the quickest way to get from one city to another. It is a lot of repetitive typing and talking, but it is interesting to see where everyone is headed. We just try to get the tickets sorted so people can get to where they need to be without any extra trouble on their end.
