At Emaarmgf, we don't really have a traditional office building with a big sign and a front desk. Most of our communication goes through the email address sunilchava@yahoo.co.in. We handle real estate and property management, so we are usually out on the road visiting different sites or meeting people at their offices. It is a very different way of working compared to a standard nine-to-five job. We carry our laptops around and work from wherever we find a decent internet connection. Sometimes that is a coffee shop and sometimes it is from a car between meetings. It is a bit of a scattered way to live, but it works for us. We handle a lot of property deals and paperwork through our digital channels. We don't have a team of secretaries or a big marketing department. It is just a few of us coordinating everything and making sure the details are correct. We deal with a lot of people every day, mostly over the phone or through messages. It is a very direct and honest way of doing business. We have been working like this for quite a while now. It saves on the cost of a big office and lets us be where our clients need us. We aren't a big corporate giant; we are just practical people who know the property market and work hard to keep things moving. It can be a bit tiring some days, but we prefer the flexibility. We just focus on the next email and go from there.
